What should you be eating?

Firstly, include a wide variety of plant-based foods:

Secondly, reduce the amount of processed food that you are eating, These foods harm the healthy bacteria that already exists and can increase the presence of bad bacteria.

 

Thirdlyeat more fibre. As well as supporting digestion, fibre helps to feed the good bacteria in your gut and therefore acts as a prebiotic. It is good to get a mix of both soluble and insoluble fibre in your diet.
